Support Chapter Scholarships
Thanks to the George and Dorothy Pellegrin Wisconsin Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment Fund and an anonymous donor, your gift will be tripled, up to a group total of $6,000, during Fill the Hill.
The WAA: Orange County Chapter serves the approximately 1,750 alumni who enjoy life in this vibrant area of Southern California. Our scholarship program began when the chapter was founded in 1993. Since then, we have provided more than 150 deserving Orange County students with funds to assist with the cost of education at UW–Madison. For the 2024–25 academic year, we granted one freshman scholarship of $3,000 and supported four continuing Badgers with $1,000 awards. We are proud to help grow the Badger spirit and pride among our young Orange County Badgers. Scholarships are at the heart of our mission, but we can’t do it without your help!
Please consider helping us to ensure that a quality Wisconsin education remains attainable for students from Orange County by donating to our scholarship program. As an added incentive, donations to our scholarship fund during Fill the Hill will be matched dollar for dollar — up to $3,000 — thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor!
