Support Chapter Scholarships
MATCHING GIFT AVAILABLE: When you give to support Orange County Chapter during Fill the Hill, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar for dollar— up to $6,000 — thanks to Jeff Stier MS ’76 PhD ‘78 and the George and Dorothy Pellegrin Wisconsin Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment Fund.
The WAA: Orange County Chapter serves the approximately 1,750 alumni who enjoy life in this vibrant area of southern California. Our scholarship program began when the chapter was founded in 1993. Since then, we have provided more than 150 deserving Orange County students with funds to assist with the cost of education at UW–Madison. In the 2022–23 academic year, we granted three freshmen scholarships of $1,500 each and supported eight continuing Badgers with $500 awards. We are proud to help grow the Badger spirit and pride among our young Orange County Badgers.
