Since its founding in 1977, the McBurney Disability Resource Center has been committed to improving access for students with disabilities on the UW–Madison campus. The Center supports students with disabilities, many of whom require classroom accommodations. By working closely with both students and the instructors who will be providing the necessary accommodations, the McBurney Disability Resource Center is actively assisting in the creation of a more inclusive and equitable campus for all students.
The McBurney Disability Resource Center served 5,410 students over the 2023–24 academic year and provides assistance to more than 5,100 students annually. With your generous support, you can ensure that every one of these students can receive all the accommodations necessary to have a successful and enriching college experience. Your contribution will enhance the reach of the Center on campus and play a crucial role in continually enhancing the services provided. By making a gift to the McBurney Disability Resource Center, you can personally make an impact in the lives of students with disabilities at UW–Madison.
Thank you for your support and commitment to a more accessible campus for all students!
Gifts made in support of the McBurney Disability Resource Center will be contributed to McBurney Disability Resource Center Fund at the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
