The University of Wisconsin Marching Band, part of the College of Letters & Science and Mead Witter School of Music, plays an important role in building excitement around Badger athletics, showing the vitality of the Madison campus, and amplifying the pride of UW alumni and fans across the state and throughout the country.

From the Rose Bowl to Lambeau Field, to the Fifth Quarter, and our annual Spring Concert, our bands and their gear have covered thousands of miles to bring the sounds of “On, Wisconsin” to Badger fans around the globe.

Private support is essential for keeping performance quality, showmanship, and energy at the high levels that audiences have enjoyed from Dr. Corey Pompey and the talented, hardworking UW–Madison students who play under his direction.

Gifts will be contributed to the Michael Leckrone Director of Marching Bands Fund – 132620019 at the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
