Our award-winning faculty provide students with courses and hands-on research opportunities in areas ranging from cell biology and neuroscience to ecology, evolution, and conservation of diverse plants and animals. We are also home to the UW Zoological Museum, a renowned center for research and education dedicated to the preservation and study of vertebrate and aquatic animals. The opportunities provided by your donations are life-changing and prepare the next generation of biologists to find solutions to real-world problems in fields such as medicine, human health, ecosystem conservation, and sustainability.
