The Division of Diversity, Equity, & Educational Achievement (DDEEA) administers the largest collection of equity-focused scholarship and service programs at UW–Madison, including the:

  • First Wave Scholarship 
  • Mercile J. Lee Scholars Program 
  • McNair Scholars Program 
  • Center for Educational Opportunity (CeO) 
  • Academic Coaching to Thrive and Succeed (ACTS) initiative 

Students in these DDEEA programs thrive at UW–Madison.
