For over 25 years, the Precollege Enrichment Opportunity Program for Learning Excellence (PEOPLE) at the University of Wisconsin–Madison has helped students see college not only as a possibility, but as a future they can achieve.
Established in 1999, PEOPLE is a college access and success program that supports students on their educational journey from high school through college graduation. The program primarily serves students from Milwaukee and Madison, providing academic enrichment, college preparation, mentorship, community building, and summer residential experiences that help students prepare for and succeed in higher education. Each year PEOPLE serves over 1,100 students across their precollege and college programs.
Your contribution will ensure that students from Milwaukee and Madison continue to have access to the resources, relationships, experiences, and opportunities that can transform what they believe is possible for their futures.
