Thanks to the George and Dorothy Pellegrin Wisconsin Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment Fund, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar – up to a group total of $3,000 – during Fill the Hill.
The WAA: Washington, DC, Chapter raises scholarship funds in order to provide need-based scholarships to students from the greater Washington, DC, area to attend the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Since 2010, we’ve awarded more than 56 scholarships totaling over $280,000 to incoming freshmen and continuing students. The number of scholarships and amounts awarded each year vary based upon the demonstrated financial need of each student. Our main focus is reducing the financial barriers to students who may otherwise not have the opportunity to attend UW–Madison.
